Badger is committed to our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and we expect all employees to comply.

Our Whistleblower Policy is established for employees and others to make good faith reports of suspected unlawful acts, fraud, corruption, policy breaches, compliance matters, or other improper activities within Badger. Badger commits to thoroughly investigate all potential wrongdoings disclosed in good faith and with strict confidence.

Ideally, when an employee has a good faith concern they will speak to their direct supervisor or next level manager as often these parties may best provide remedy. If the employee is not comfortable with this arrangement, they are free to take their matter to ConfidenceLineTM which has been chosen as our authorized external service provider for this purpose.

ConfidenceLineTM allows for reporting to be done either through a fully manned call center or online. All reports to ConfidenceLineTM are completely confidential, available 24/7 and services are available in English, French, and Spanish. This anonymity provides protection to the reporter from any retaliation as the source of the report is kept completely confidential by this 3rd party provider.

Badger’s designate is: Vice President of Human Resources, Badger Daylighting

The company designate is advised of the report filed and the details, but no specific personal information is shared. At this point, it is the designates responsibility to either complete the investigation, or delegate the investigation to someone within or outside the organization and providing a response back to ConfidenceLineTM. This response is available to the reporter, through the web based reporting portal.
