  Tor Wilson

Tor Wilson
President and Chief Executive Officer

Tor joined Badger in June 2000. Mr. Wilson adds a unique blend of sales, product management, operational and financial expertise and management capabilities gained from his prior position as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Timberjack Inc. Timberjack Inc. is an international equipment manufacturer and distributor operating primarily in the forestry industry. It was purchased by John Deere in April 2000.

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Greg has been with Badger since September 1999. Mr. Kelly has a B. Comm and over 13 years of public practice experience with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP.

  Derek Dillon

 

Derek Dillon
Vice President –Canadian Operations

Derek joined Badger in July 2006. Mr. Dillon adds international management experience from within the concrete, quarrying, fuel and oil and asphalt industries where he held various senior executive positions. Mr. Dillon has a Diploma of Business Studies (Production), Post Graduate Certificate of Business and a Diploma of Company Directors.

John G. Kelly
Vice President – United States Operations

Mr. John G. Kelly joined Badger as Vice President – United States Operations in September 2011. Prior thereto, Mr. Kelly was employed by Waste Management Inc. for the last 18 years holding various positions in hauling, transfer and recycling operations. Mr. Kelly held positions including District Manager, Director of Operations and most recently Midwest Vice President for WM Recycle America, responsible for 24 recycling facilities in the United States and Canada, with more than 800 personnel and revenues in excess of $150 million. Mr. Kelly currently resides in Wisconsin and holds a BA from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
